Nothing but net
At the age of eight, Francesca learned to play netball at school in the UK, and she’s been playing ever since. Netball is a fast-paced sport played by two team of seven players, and previously it was only played within Commonwealth countries. However, teams have now sprung up around the globe, and, after relocating to the Bay Area with her husband and cat Walter in 2020, Francesca was able to find a local team of UK expatriates who play for fun.
